At One Flesh Mentoring & Coaching, we believe that families form the body of Christ, and every member has a God-given purpose. But life’s hardships—whether as a student navigating identity, or as a wife walking through marital struggles—can leave people feeling broken and alone.
We started One Flesh because we saw the urgent need for mentorship that goes beyond surface-level advice. Our programs are rooted in Biblical truth, emotional resilience, and practical guidance, helping young people and women thrive through life’s most difficult seasons.

A wife coach and mentor, Tawanda has walked with thousands of women of God through seasons of marital hardship. She is known for her heart-centered, Scripture-rooted approach to renewing the mind and cultivating resilience.
