At One Flesh Mentoring & Coaching, we believe that families form the body of Christ, and every member has a God-given purpose. But life’s hardships—whether as a student navigating identity, or as a wife walking through marital struggles—can leave people feeling broken and alone.
We started One Flesh because we saw the urgent need for mentorship that goes beyond surface-level advice. Our programs are rooted in Biblical truth, emotional resilience, and practical guidance, helping young people and women thrive through life’s most difficult seasons.
To see a world where families are rooted in their God-given identity, that they walk in wholeness, build sound relationships with confidence and communicate fruitfully
To guide middle and high school students and married women of God towards individual wholeness and relational strength by providing Christ-centered mentoring and coaching programs that renew the mind, restore confidence, and strengthen character.
A wife coach and mentor, Tawanda has walked with thousands of women of God through seasons of marital hardship. She is known for her heart-centered, Scripture-rooted approach to renewing the mind and cultivating resilience.
For more than 14 years, David has developed and led character-building programs for youth. His passion is equipping the next generation with the tools to rise above adversity and live out their purpose in Christ.

Strong communities are built by healed and whole individuals.
We honor God’s design for marriage and walk with women through non-violent seasons of hardship.
Transformation isn’t temporary—it’s lasting, Spirit-led, and life-changing.
Growth happens best in safe spaces where people are seen, heard, and supported.
At the heart of the One Flesh experience is a foundational belief: true transformation begins with having the willingness to grow. We cultivate an environment where every young person and married woman is not only seen, heard and understood, but is also genuinely inspired to pursue their God-given potential and build a legacy of wholeness.
